Three steps in the aisle
A typical session is a handful of scans through one or two aisles. Each good capture takes seconds.
Open Scan → Shelf
Update Crush, then tap Scan on Home (or the shelf card) and choose Shelf instead of Receipt.
Pick your store
Share location when asked so we can find a supported store near you and the aisles open for scans.
Snap the shelf
Line up a few products with price tags visible, hold steady, and tap once. Clear photos get approved.
What gets approved
Good photos get rewarded. Blurry, empty, or off-target shots don't.
Do this
- •Get a few products in one shot, close enough to read the labels
- •Frame a full shelf section — not the whole aisle from across the store
- •Include the shelf price tag. Prices are read from the photo
- •Turn on the flash in dim aisles and hold steady for a sharp shot
Skip these
- •Screens or printed photos of shelves
- •Empty shelves or back-stock / storage areas
- •Single-product close-ups with nothing else in frame
- •Shelves from a different store than the one you picked
